Anthony J. Donegan, Jr.

Attorney Donegan has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association since 1998. His practice centers mainly on Family Law. Following law school, Attorney Donegan spent a year working as a Law Clerk in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, honing his skills as a researcher and writer, and providing invaluable assistance to the Justices of that Court. During that clerkship, Attorney Donegan established working relationships with judges and other court personnel throughout the Probate and Family Court Department. He also gained valuable practical insight into the daily operations of the court.

Following that clerkship, Attorney Donegan was asked to join the law firm White, Inker, Aronson, P.C. as an associate attorney. In that position, Attorney Donegan became a highly skilled trial attorney and litigator, representing clients involved in highly contested divorces, child custody, support, and property disputes. The work involved frequent client interaction, motion and trial practice, extensive discovery and drafting of pleadings and correspondence in a busy and successful practice.

In September of 2001, Attorney Donegan began a law practice in the city of Brockton, Massachusetts, applying his family law skill and experience to clients throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Suffolk County. Attorney Donegan expanded his practice to include Immigration Law, Juvenile Law, Mental Health Law, and Probate and Estate Law. Attorney Donegan has been appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem by judges in the Probate and Family Court.
In June 2016, Attorney Donegan joined his colleagues at the Law Office of Bardsley & Gray, of Counsel. In addition to his role as a litigator, he represents clients who require estate planning and assistance with probate matters.
